Delivery

We deliver our products Sydney Metro wide using our preferred couriers and reliable freight companies as well as delivering ourselves in selected metro areas.

Our Shipping Terms are estimated at between 1 to 10 business Days depending on the location within Sydney. Please exclude any weekends, public holidays.

Prices are as follows –

Sydney Metro – From $55.00 (1-3 days shipping) estimated

 

If you live outside these areas please simply add your postcode at checkout and press update postcode. Delivery price will be automatically calculated.
When delivery price comes up $0.00 on check out page email us with your delivery details or ring us and we will promptly give you a delivery price.

All prices shown are in AUD and inc GST. Please note we are unable to deliver to a PO Box as we need photo Id and a copy of the online receipt when delivery is made. We recommend having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside of your house. Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside.

Customers will be responsible for ensuring someone is available to accept delivery of their air conditioning system and must present a printed online receipt from Leumeah Air Conditioning website when the purchase was made. Please thoroughly inspect the goods for any damage before signing the delivery docket. This delivery docket acknowledges that you have received the goods in good order and the delivery docket information matches the system delivered. Please be aware that if the delivery docket is signed received in “Good Order or Condition” the liability of any damages passes to you the consignee. Please be aware that photo ID must be shown upon accepting goods.

If there is a clear vision of harm to your delivered equipment or any obvious evidence that the goods are damaged, do not accept the delivery and do not sign the delivery docket.

Allow three days for payment and processing of orders.  If an order is placed after 3:00pm standard Eastern Time please allow one extra day. We do our best to deliver to you on your requested delivery date and will contact you as soon as possible if this cannot be done. Next day delivery service is achievable if we are able to do so and payment has been received. Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday.

Leumeah Air Conditioning reserves the right to charge an additional $55.00 for re-directed deliveries and waiting time at delivery address. Change to delivery instructions after the unit has been dispatched will also incur additional charges.

Can my item be delivered to a PO Box?

We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as we need ID and a copy of the online receipt when delivery is made.

Does Someone Need To Be Home To Accept Delivery?

Yes, someone must be available to accept delivery as we require a signature as proof of receiving goods.

We recommend having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside of your house. Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside.

Returns Policy

Please Choose Carefully. We strongly advise our customers to choose their air conditioning system size correctly before ordering.

Cancellations
The order maybe cancelled at any time prior to despatch of the goods. Cancellations will incur a 15% administration fee of the total tax invoice amount.

All refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

Return

The customer must comply with directions from staff to facilitate a return. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that items are returned safely. Returned products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition. We take no responsibility for products lost in transit.

Leumeah Air will exchange if the equipment is deemed to be faulty by manufacturer. We will only refund where a replacement unit cannot be provided.

Upon agreement, the unit must be returned to us first to start the process to replace or refund. If the equipment is deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer you may replace them free of charge. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause limits or restricts your ability to make a claim that may be available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
